FAQs
Limited
Lifetime Warranty:
You
are the customer – I operate a one man shop. That means if one of us dies, it’s all over. But take heart, your instrument is built to last well beyond the lifetime of a normal human. Now, with the grizzly part out of the way it also means that if the instrument is subjected to abuse, including
rough handling, or exposure to sudden changes in temperature and/or humidity, the warranty will become void. The warranty does not cover accidental breakage or normal wear from use and is not transferable.
Case:
A
custom-fit Cedar Creek case is included in the price of each guitar.
Purchasing:
A
50% partially-refundable deposit needs to be made at the time your order is placed. This locks in your price and reserves
a place in the build queue. Your deposit also purchases many of the materials
needed to make your custom instrument. Payment in full is required prior to shipping.
Lead
Time to Fill Your Request:
About
6 months - All estimated completion dates are ‘always right on schedule’ (subject to delay)! Fully prepaid orders will be given priority for completion over partially paid orders. Trust me…you want it done right, not fast.
Shipping:
Shipping
costs will vary but will be the actual cost dependent upon the carrier, plus packaging.
Right
of Refusal:
If
the guitar you ordered is not satisfactory, you have 3 business days (that means weekends and holidays don’t count)
to contact me and arrange to return it for refund. Upon receipt of the guitar
in the same condition it left my shop, the purchase price will be credited to you and will be refunded in full upon sale to
another customer.
Exceptions:
Special
orders (inlay, unusual combinations) will be refunded only after repair or alteration to make it saleable to another customer.
After completion of the sale your money will be refunded less the price of the
repair or alteration.
