Nathan Brown Wow! What a player! But don't take my word for it. Why not email Nate (click on his name
shown left in bold) and order Nate's new CD, 'North Country Mile'.
Nate and I have become good friends and have been working together to design a semi-acoustic 14" Jazz Box that will hopefully
become his 'standard' instrument. The signature series guitar is based on the Skyline model and you can see it
being built on the Progress Page

Terry Downs is an articulate guitarist and an extraordinary personality. Among many other things, he's come up with a new way to
film instructional DVDs for the guitarist and I'm putting my money on him to be a big success. Many thanks to Terry
for all his consultation, guidance and design assistance with my shortcomings in electrical circuits.

The Guild of American Luthiers Most makers I know belong to at least one professional organization - I guess I'm no different in that
respect. GAL has been around a long time and I'm proud to be a member. Its members contribute articles to their
quarterly magazine on techniques, materials, reviews and often provide plan drawings. Check out the website.
I'm sure you'll find it interesting, even if you don't make stringed instruments.

Jim Cheek is my good friend and music instructor. Jim is a
respected musician here in Duluth. I've known Jim since 2000 and had the honor and privilege of restoring his 1956 Les
Paul Standard. He exercised great patience during the 18-month revival of his 'baby'. He has a really interesting
story about that guitar. Contact him at his website. I'm sure he'd enjoy sharing it with you.
